PQF consists of three software modules, PQF Author, PQF Collator, and the PQF Viewer.

PQF Author enables you to easily create your form or survey. PQF Collator enables automatic collation of your audience's responses into the database or spreadsheet of your choice, eg: Access, Excel, SQL Server, DB2, etc. And PQF Viewer enables you and your audience to “see” PQF forms. How it Works explains the PQF system in more detail.

To experience the full PQF functionality you need all three PQF modules. The downloads use industry standard Install software and downloads are fast, although your speed depends on the speed of your connection to the internet.

PQF Author demo can CREATE and SEND an unlimited number of PQF forms or surveys of any size to any number of people.

*But PQF Collator demo version will only collate 5 responses for any one form. You must also collate on the same PC that authored the form, with the same email address, rather than installing PQF Collator on another PC with a different email address.

If you decide to purchase PQF, an unlock code sent to you after payment will give you unrestricted collation functionality. Note: all your work in the demo version will be retained through the registration process.

If you want to see how the software works collating more than five responses - say for a thousand or more - then 'upgrade' your initial demo version to a Free Registered version without collation restrictions. And as long as your form has no more than 3 pages and you still collate onto the same PC as the author, you can collate as many replies as are sent to your collator address.
