What you can expect from these examples Each of these PQFs will show you a different look and feel, and different ways of collecting data. Each is also abbreviated, cut down from its true form functionality so its easy for you to test right through and submit. Some have design comments on screen to highlight features. After you submit, your response is automatically emailed to the return email address embedded in the PQF (in this case collator@dolphinsoftware.com.au) for automatic collation by PQF Collator into the data base table for that form. You will automatically receive an emailed confirmation that your response has been successfully collated – this is the only correspondence you will receive from us unless you choose otherwise.
