

In 2007 Dolphin Software had supplied customised surveying and reporting services to the Retail Division – one project gathered feedback from 400 participants in an annual Merchandising Conference evaluating satisfaction with all aspects of the event and its related seminars.
In late 2008 Dolphin Software supplied Caltex Australia’s retail Division with a customised electronic survey for Retail personnel across the country, following up on a year’s experience with an upgraded SAP module, and focusing on satisfaction re value to work and on training.
Dolphin Software supplied customised reports on demand to the Retail Division, used for debriefing the national team, and for strategic direction setting.
