Dolphin Software Pty Ltd owns or is licenced to use patents for e-forms data capture and electronic surveys and incorporating automatic data collation in the following countries:

The international Patent Cooperation treaty date (PCT) is September 1995.

These patents relate to e-forms and electronic surveys, covering systems and methods for the electronic creation, dissemination and collation of electronically captured data, allowing efficient data collection and compilation in a highly useful structure.

For example, the patents describe an authoring means for constructing an electronic questionnaire, transmitted to a respondent who can enter response data in conjunction with a respondent control means. The responses are then automatically forwarded for extraction and collation by a collation means into a database.

Dolphin Software P/L has retained Australian and U.S. counsel to handle the licensing of this technology, and will consider licensing arrangements for any organisation that wishes to access its Intellectual Property.
